开展“传帮带” 助力青年教师健康成长

——西南科技大学关工委实施“青蓝工程”纪实

 

西南科技大学关工委成立23年来,在学校党委行政领导下,在上级关工委指导下,以“立德树人”为使命,牢牢把握大学生思想政治教育和青年教师培养这一主线,以培育和践行社会主义核心价值观为核心,以树立正确的世界观、人生观、价值观为重点,根据大学生和青年教师的特点和实际需要出发,组织广大离退休老同志,配合主渠道,开展了形式多样的教育关爱活动。这里,仅记述了学校关工委在实施“青蓝工程”的具体做法和效果。

    一、实施“青蓝工程”,学校关工委的优势和责任

(一)学校青年教师的特点与需求

随着学校的快速发展,高校青年教师的比例逐年提高,我校35岁以下的青年教师已占到教师总数的三分之一左右。要做好青年教师培养工作,就要了解他们的优势和不足,分析他们的特点和需求。

青年教师大多是刚毕业或工作时间不长的博士或硕士研究生,他们学历层次高,思维活跃,成就动机强;专业基础理论扎实,接受新事物的能力强;师生年龄相差不大,容易与学生形成“亦师亦友”的良好关系;他们工作积极性高,对高校教育工作充满热情,有做好高校教学科研工作的基础和信念。但是他们当中大多数都没有经过系统的教育教学培训,角色适应较困难;他们大多是“走出校门又进入校门”,人生观和价值观呈现多元化趋势,奉献意识和敬业精神尚需进一步增强;他们的学术科研处于起步阶段,教学经验普遍缺乏,但他们大多又承担了较繁重的教学和科研任务。加上青年教师在学历提升、职称晋升和聘任、业务考核等方面与老教师相比面临着更大的压力。因此,青年教师渴望在教书育人、业务能力提升等方面得到老教师的关心和帮助。

    (二)学校关工委的优势与责任

学校关工委老同志是曾经长期从事教学、科研工作的老教师、老专家或高校管理工作的老党员、老干部,他们懂教育、善教育、会教育,他们在青年教师培养,开展传帮带上具有师德、经验、威望、时空和亲情等五大优势。青年教师是高等教育的希望和未来,是学校发展的希望和未来。学校关工委配合主渠道,充分发挥老教师在教书育人和教学、科研、管理方面的五大优势,薪火相传,以老带新,帮助青年教师加强师德修养、提高业务能力、指导职业规划,是学校关工委老同志义不容辞的责任,也非常必要,不可替代。

二、实施“青蓝工程”,我校关工委的做法与效果

学校关工委自1993年成立之时起,就以“立德树人”为已任,急党政所急,想青年大学生和青年教师所需,尽关工委所能。配合主渠道,在开展大学生思想政治教育的同时,在青年教师中开展“传、帮、带”,积极参与青年教师培养工作。

(一)以“忘年交”为载体,在师德师风上“传、帮、带”

关工委老教师对党的教育事业忠心耿耿,兢兢业业,对青年教师的健康成长有着高度的责任感。他们通过参与教学督导,与青年教师发展为“忘年交”,成为良师益友。他们以身作则,言传身教,以自己丰富的人生阅历、高尚的师德和渊博的学识去影响和教育青年教师,赢得了青年教师的尊敬和信赖。法学院青年教师、副院长刘永强在《我心目中的关工委老人们》一文中写道:“看到这位白发苍苍的老人听课后留下的一本本笔记、悉心指导青年教师的身影,我被深深地感动了。这是一位老教师的人格魅力所在,是我们的楷模!我们有什么理由不把工作做好呢。”青年教师谭永在关工委老教师的帮助下进步很快,深受学生欢迎,结婚时,专门请她的“忘年交”老教师代她远方的父母作她的家长。

(二)参与教学督导,在教学上“传、帮、带”

关工委参与教学督导工作始于1996年的“两课”督导,1997年学校成立教学巡视组,校关工委推荐了15位老教师参与。1998年起学校成立教学督导专家组,现在改名为学校教学督导委员会,校关工委先后组织了近60名老专家参与其中,关工委老同志成了学校教学督导的主要力量。他们围绕提高教育教学质量和培养指导青年教师这一核心,做了大量工作。

一是开展专项督导和常规督导检查。仅20142015年,学校教学督导委老教师深入课堂听课达4997人次,2014年检查了理论课、实验课、实习、设计等教学环节2877份教学大纲,教学课件1680份,试卷1030份,覆盖全校全部16个学院的所有专业。参加毕业答辩,参与期末考试巡视,配合学校抓考风考纪,以此作为立德树人、强化学风建设的重要之举。 

二是(shi)在开展教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)督(du)(du)导过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),注意师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)德(de)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)风建(jian)设,对(dui)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong)发(fa)现的(de)问(wen)题(ti),及时、中(zhong)(zhong)肯地向主(zhu)讲教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)提(ti)出意见和建(jian)议,并给予悉心指导和帮助(zhu)。督(du)(du)导过(guo)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)(zhong),重视青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)培养培训工作(zuo),许多(duo)督(du)(du)导成员担(dan)任学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)指导教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),通过(guo)导师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)制传(chuan)帮带的(de)形式,引导青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)加强教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理论学(xue)(xue)习(xi)、转变教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)思想(xiang)、创(chuang)新(xin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)方(fang)法,促进(jin)其尽(jin)快(kuai)成长。如(ru)吕维(wei)平老师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)刚(gang)退休就参与学(xue)(xue)校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)督(du)(du)导工作(zuo),当他了解到学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)新(xin)进(jin)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)问(wen)题(ti)较多(duo)时,主(zhu)动要求指导本学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)新(xin)进(jin)的(de)三位(wei)博士,言传(chuan)身教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao),帮助(zhu)他们尽(jin)快(kuai)站稳(wen)讲台。毛祥庆等老师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)担(dan)任制造(zao)学(xue)(xue)院(yuan)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)艺术提(ti)升班三位(wei)青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)指导教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),通过(guo)这种责(ze)任到人的(de)传(chuan)帮带模(mo)式,青(qing)(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)培养工作(zuo)成效明显。

三是老教师们(men)还特别(bie)注重与学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)交流,关注学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生的(de)(de)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习态度和学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习热(re)情,帮助解(jie)决学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)习过程中遇到的(de)(de)问题(ti)和困难(nan),对学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生提(ti)出的(de)(de)意见、建议及时向学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校、学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)院反映,协助解(jie)决。

四是各二级关工委组织老教师坚持参与学院(部)教学督导和青年教师培养工作。学校老领导陈思哲教授年逾八旬,仍然以率先垂范的实际行动推进法学院的“青蓝工程”。土建学院关工委组织4位老教师,长期参与教学督导,2015年度听课范围覆盖了学院全体在岗教师,并对申报年度优秀教学奖励的76名教师进行跟踪式听课,抽查了124门课程的试卷,并作出评价,优秀率达85%;制造学院请督导专家对教学问题较多的青年教师进行一对一的定人帮扶,成效明显。

(三)参与青年教师培训,在提升综合素质上“传、帮、带”

一是倡导成立学校青年教师培训学校。2001年,在校关工委倡导下,学校成立了青年教师培训学校,由校关工委常务副主任彭启瑞担任常务副校长,选派得力的退休教师负责教务管理工作,参加培训学校授课的教师中,2/3是退休老教师,先后举办了15期,培训青年教师、辅导员和教学管理人员近1400人次。

二是组织实施学校教师培训工程。2005年,学校为迎接本科教学水平评估,由退休老领导万朴教授牵头,组织一批退休老同志承担了作为学校教学评估十大工程之一的教师培训工程,先后对95名骨干教师和399名中青年教师进行了五个阶段、六个环节的培训。

三是在《高等学校教师职业道德规范》颁发后,学校关工委组织老教师年年为新教师上岗集中培训上课,如学校老领导姚荣东教授、朱强研究员坚持为新教师培训宣讲教师职业道德,介绍校情校史,宣讲学校精神等。

    四是各二级关工委积极参与学院的教师基本技能培训工作。如,土木学院关工委周润宇、何玉璧等老教师配合学院,先后举办了7期教师培训班。生命学院关工委康德灿教授在参加经管学院教学督导中,发掘了教学技艺精湛的青年教师苗译丹,于是他组织生命学院多位青年教师前去观摩学习。他将自己保存的精美幻灯片模板、课件、教案提供给青年教师参考借鉴。

    通过举办青年教(jiao)师(shi)培(pei)(pei)训(xun)班,不仅提高了青年教(jiao)师(shi)的(de)教(jiao)学水(shui)平,更(geng)重要的(de)是提升了青年教(jiao)师(shi)教(jiao)书育人的(de)综(zong)合素质。受到培(pei)(pei)训(xun)的(de)青年教(jiao)师(shi)反(fan)响强烈(lie),许多人用(yong)“受益匪浅”、“及时雨”、“最宝贵(gui)的(de)一(yi)课(ke)”、“一(yi)次(ci)洗礼(li)”等(deng)热情称(cheng)赞(zan)。一(yi)位(wei)(wei)川大毕业来校任教(jiao)的(de)青年教(jiao)师(shi)在心得(de)体会中写(xie)道:“无限感(gan)激几位(wei)(wei)恩师(shi)对我(wo)的(de)教(jiao)诲,不仅是执业培(pei)(pei)训(xun),更(geng)是人生教(jiao)导”,等(deng)等(deng)。

(四)加强学术指导,在提升科研能力上“传、帮、带”

    提升青年教师的科研能力是高校所承担的社会职能所决定的。不少老教授、老专家与青年教师一帮一,负责教学和科研引导,使其尽快涉足科研领域,掌握科研要领,尤其是对如何确立研究方向,撰写项目申请书等。如学校老领导楚士晋研究员,退休近10年,一直坚持在科研一线指导青年教师,参与科研工作。他指导的青年教师彭汝芳博士,先后主持国家863973、国家自然科学基金等科研项目12项,是四川省学术与技术带头人,四川省三八红旗手,学校最年轻的博导之一。理学院聘请中国科大退休教师、我国知名的物理学家汪克林教授、电子科大退休教师胡思福教授来学院组建物理学科团队,指导学科专业建设,培养青年教师,刘涛、廖绪等一批中青年教师在他们指导下,学术上取了得突出的研究成果。退休教师刘继光教授经常出面与企业和政府联系,为青年教师架起科研合作与业务交流的桥梁。退休教师张志呈教授参与采矿学科团队的科研攻关难题,获得了多项省级科技进步奖,参与、指导青年教师出版学术专著8部,等等。

(五)关注辅导员队伍建设(she),开展“传(chuan)、帮、带”

学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)辅导(dao)员(yuan)是高校教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)队伍(wu)和管理队伍(wu)的重要(yao)组(zu)(zu)成部分,而我校的辅导(dao)员(yuan)队伍(wu)偏于年轻化,工(gong)作经(jing)验相对不足,需要(yao)关工(gong)委老(lao)(lao)同志格外关注。文(wen)艺(yi)学(xue)(xue)(xue)院等(deng)(deng)二(er)级关工(gong)委组(zu)(zu)织老(lao)(lao)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)参与辅导(dao)员(yuan)队伍(wu)培训和指导(dao)工(gong)作。张(zhang)永(yong)康老(lao)(lao)师(shi)定期与辅导(dao)员(yuan)一起研讨工(gong)作,探讨新形(xing)势(shi)下如(ru)何做(zuo)好对青年学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)和服(fu)务工(gong)作,对重要(yao)的学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)平台如(ru)主(zhu)题(ti)班会(hui)的组(zu)(zu)织、策划、效果等(deng)(deng)进行深入分析(xi),帮助辅导(dao)员(yuan)提(ti)高运用学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)主(zhu)题(ti)班会(hui)等(deng)(deng)活动对大学(xue)(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)进行社会(hui)主(zhu)义核心价值观教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)的能力。

(六)利用关工委教育网站对青年教师“传、帮、带”

随着信息化的迅猛推进,互联网已成为青年人的首选和“最爱”。理学院关工委乔生炳老师于2001年创建了“乔老师在线”网站,开始在网上对青年教师指导,解答学生对《大学物理》课中的疑难问题,后来逐渐演变成为与青年师生交流学习、生活和思想的阵地。2013年校关工委网站与“乔老师在线”合并为校关工委教育网站。设立了“主题教育”、“新生导航”、“学业事业”、“青蓝工程”、“道德法律”等18个栏目。“乔老师在线”作为一个有影响力的品牌栏目纳入了校关工委网站中。“乔老师在线”运行十余年,一批“乔老师”通过网络互动,为青年师生答疑解惑,耗费了大量心血,受到了广大网友的青睐,访问率已达10多万人次。此栏目成果曾获四川省教学成果奖。2015年校关工(gong)委教育(yu)网站(zhan)获得全国(guo)教育(yu)系统(tong)“基层(ceng)教育(yu)关工(gong)委优秀网站(zhan)”二等奖。

通过以上工作,增强了青年教师教书育人的责任感和使命感,师德师风得到了加强,教风学风明显好转,教学质量稳步提升。老教师在教学督导和青年教师培养过程中发挥了不可替代的重要作用。

三、实施“青蓝工程”,建立长效机制

习近平(ping)总书(shu)记(ji)(ji)2014年(nian)教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)节在北京师(shi)(shi)大提出了(le)好(hao)老师(shi)(shi)的4个(ge)共同特质(zhi):“做(zuo)好(hao)老师(shi)(shi),要有(you)理想信念,要有(you)道德情操(cao),要有(you)扎实学识,要有(you)仁(ren)爱之心(xin)(xin)”。他在中(zhong)关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委成(cheng)立(li)25周年(nian)的指(zhi)(zhi)示中(zhong)指(zhi)(zhi)出,关(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委要“坚持服(fu)务(wu)青(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)的正(zheng)确方(fang)向,着力加强青(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)思想道德建设”,“支持和帮助青(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)成(cheng)长成(cheng)才”。习总书(shu)记(ji)(ji)的指(zhi)(zhi)示充分体现了(le)中(zhong)央对青(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)成(cheng)长发展、对关(guan)心(xin)(xin)下(xia)一(yi)代(dai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的高度重(zhong)视,也为做(zuo)好(hao)关(guan)心(xin)(xin)下(xia)一(yi)代(dai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作指(zhi)(zhi)明(ming)了(le)方(fang)向。为此,就进一(yi)步做(zuo)好(hao)学校(xiao)青(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)师(shi)(shi)培养工(gong)(gong)(gong)作提出如下(xia)建议。

(一)做好顶层设计,加强协(xie)调配合

关工委做好参与青年教师培养工作,需要学校相关部门和学院的支持与配合。纵向上,学校分管领导要组织关工委和相关部门做好这项工作的顶层设计,要指导相关部门和学院给关工委提需求,提任务,并为关工委开展相关工作搭建平台,创造条件。校、院两级关工委要清楚在哪些方面、哪些环节参与工作。横向上,关工委要与学校教师发展中心、教务处、高考评估中心、校工会及学院,搞好协调配合工作,形成合力,共同做好青年教师培养工作。

(二)建立健全校、院两级培训机制

我校(xiao)(xiao)关(guan)工(gong)委参(can)与(yu)学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)督导(dao)(dao)和青(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)养工(gong)作已20年(nian),倡导(dao)(dao)并(bing)配合学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)开办了教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao),开展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)了教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)工(gong)程,以及参(can)与(yu)学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)新教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)和各(ge)学(xue)院(yuan)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)等工(gong)作,发(fa)挥了不可替(ti)代的(de)(de)作用,创(chuang)造、积累了不少经验。但(dan)这种培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)并(bing)不系统(tong)(tong),不完(wan)整,尚未形成(cheng)制度,还不完(wan)全适应当(dang)前(qian)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)需求(qiu)。因此(ci),应在(zai)学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)层面成(cheng)立(li)由学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)分(fen)管领(ling)导(dao)(dao)负责(ze)(ze)、相关(guan)职能部(bu)门和关(guan)工(gong)委参(can)加的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)学(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(中(zhong)心),负责(ze)(ze)对教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(特(te)别是(shi)青(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi))师(shi)(shi)(shi)德师(shi)(shi)(shi)风、教(jiao)(jiao)书育人、教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)技能、科研学(xue)术(shu)等进行较(jiao)系统(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun),并(bing)长(zhang)期坚持下去。各(ge)学(xue)院(yuan)(部(bu))根据(ju)学(xue)科专业特(te)点(dian)和发(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)需要,坚持开展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)相应的(de)(de)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)工(gong)作,建立(li)起(qi)校(xiao)(xiao)、院(yuan)两级青(qing)(qing)年(nian)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)培(pei)(pei)(pei)(pei)训(xun)机制。

(三)弘扬“五老精神”,加强自身建设

新(xin)形势下,校(xiao)关(guan)工委要(yao)(yao)进(jin)一(yi)步弘扬“忠(zhong)诚、关(guan)爱、创(chuang)新(xin)、奉献”的(de)“五(wu)老(lao)精神”,充分发挥“五(wu)老(lao)”作用(yong)。工作中,要(yao)(yao)围绕中心,配合补充,做到“不(bu)缺(que)位(wei)、不(bu)越位(wei)、不(bu)错位(wei)”,在青年(nian)教师成长(zhang)过(guo)程(cheng)中甘为人梯和“铺路(lu)石”。同时,关(guan)工委老(lao)同志不(bu)仅(jin)需要(yao)(yao)依靠(kao)多年(nian)学(xue)(xue)识的(de)积累(lei)、经验的(de)感悟和人生的(de)体会去引导、教育青年(nian),还(hai)需要(yao)(yao)加强学(xue)(xue)习,与(yu)时俱(ju)进(jin),不(bu)断(duan)创(chuang)新(xin),自我完(wan)善,站在更高、更新(xin)、更全的(de)角(jiao)度,去帮助(zhu)、指导青年(nian)教师全面发展。

“青蓝工(gong)程”的(de)(de)关(guan)爱对象(xiang)是(shi)广大青年(nian)教师,同时,也(ye)间接地关(guan)心、帮助成(cheng)千上(shang)万大学(xue)生(sheng)的(de)(de)成(cheng)长成(cheng)才。因此,实施“青蓝工(gong)程”,是(shi)从源头上(shang)关(guan)心下(xia)一代的(de)(de)基础(chu)性工(gong)作。做好青年(nian)教师培养工(gong)作,进而做好全校关(guan)心下(xia)一代工(gong)作,责任重大,使命光荣。需(xu)要校、院党政领导的(de)(de)高度重视,需(xu)要学(xue)校各部门的(de)(de)大力支持(chi),更(geng)需(xu)要关(guan)工(gong)委老同志(zhi)的(de)(de)积极参(can)与,主动作为(wei),共同为(wei)青年(nian)教师和青年(nian)大学(xue)生(sheng)成(cheng)长成(cheng)才做出(chu)新的(de)(de)贡献。

抓好基础创品牌  关爱明天铸特色

南充市(shi)教育系(xi)统关工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作在(zai)市(shi)教体局党委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)正确领导(dao)下(xia)(xia),在(zai)省教育厅(ting)关工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)和(he)市(shi)关工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)(de)有力指导(dao)下(xia)(xia),按照“围绕中(zhong)心(xin),配合补充,因地制宜,量力而为(wei)(wei),立(li)足基层,注(zhu)重实效”的(de)(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作方针(zhen),坚持以社会主(zhu)义(yi)核(he)心(xin)价值观为(wei)(wei)引领,牢牢把握立(li)德树人(ren)的(de)(de)(de)根本(ben)任(ren)务(wu),发挥“五老”的(de)(de)(de)力量,围绕育人(ren)中(zhong)心(xin),服务(wu)教育大局,突出重点,主(zhu)动作为(wei)(wei),不(bu)断推(tui)进关心(xin)下(xia)(xia)一(yi)代(dai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作创新发展,为(wei)(wei)进一(yi)步做好(hao)关心(xin)下(xia)(xia)一(yi)代(dai)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作做出了(le)新努(nu)力,取得(de)了(le)较好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)成绩。

一、完善组织领导机制,发挥“主体”作用。

一是(shi)狠抓班(ban)(ban)子(zi)建(jian)设(she),落实(shi)(shi)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)组(zu)(zu)织(zhi)领(ling)(ling)导(dao)。教(jiao)育(yu)部党组(zu)(zu)教(jiao)党〔2009〕20号文件(jian)下发后,教(jiao)体局党委(wei)(wei)认真学习贯彻落实(shi)(shi),几年中三次调整(zheng)补充市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)关(guan)(guan)心下一代工(gong)作委(wei)(wei)员会的(de)(de)领(ling)(ling)导(dao)班(ban)(ban)子(zi),以(yi)老同志(zhi)为(wei)(wei)主体,配齐(qi)(qi)了(le)主任(ren)、常务副主任(ren)、顾问、执(zhi)行主任(ren)和(he)秘书长,以(yi)及相关(guan)(guan)科(ke)室和(he)直属(shu)学校(xiao)负(fu)责人为(wei)(wei)主体的(de)(de)十(shi)多位委(wei)(wei)员,健全了(le)市(shi)(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)领(ling)(ling)导(dao)班(ban)(ban)子(zi)。各县(市(shi)(shi)、区)教(jiao)育(yu)局按照市(shi)(shi)上的(de)(de)要求,层层落实(shi)(shi),从局到(dao)(dao)督(du)导(dao)组(zu)(zu),再到(dao)(dao)学校(xiao),配齐(qi)(qi)了(le)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)领(ling)(ling)导(dao)职数,营(ying)山等县教(jiao)育(yu)局党委(wei)(wei)还(hai)把各级(ji)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)班(ban)(ban)子(zi)建(jian)设(she)纳入局里人事管理,全县“三级(ji)”关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)班(ban)(ban)子(zi)都(dou)由局里统一发文任(ren)免(mian)。现在(zai)全市(shi)(shi)9县(市(shi)(shi)、区)教(jiao)(科(ke))局、800多所(suo)中小学、幼儿(er)园(公办)和(he)片区教(jiao)育(yu)督(du)导(dao)组(zu)(zu)都(dou)已建(jian)立了(le)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)组(zu)(zu)织(zhi),运作协(xie)调良好(hao),工(gong)作成效显(xian)著。

二(er)是狠抓队(dui)伍建(jian)设(she),落实(shi)(shi)“五老(lao)”主体作(zuo)用。关工(gong)(gong)委(wei)是以离(li)(li)退休(xiu)老(lao)同志(zhi)为主体,有(you)在(zai)职(zhi)同志(zhi)参加(jia)的(de)(de)(de)群(qun)众(zhong)性工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)组织,因此我们以“核心(xin)、骨干、参与(yu)(yu)”三支(zhi)队(dui)伍为要求,加(jia)强了(le)(le)“五老(lao)”队(dui)伍建(jian)设(she)。积极吸纳具备条件的(de)(de)(de)老(lao)同志(zhi)参加(jia)到(dao)关心(xin)下一代(dai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)队(dui)伍中(zhong)来,从(cong)政治上、工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)上、生活(huo)(huo)上关心(xin)爱(ai)护,努力(li)为老(lao)同志(zhi)发挥(hui)作(zuo)用搭建(jian)平台,提供方便,搞好服(fu)务(wu),从(cong)而营造了(le)(le)一个重视关工(gong)(gong)委(wei)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)良好氛围。我们推广了(le)(le)西充、南(nan)部、嘉陵关工(gong)(gong)委(wei)与(yu)(yu)离(li)(li)退休(xiu)教师协会(hui)相结合(he),以及蓬(peng)安县的(de)(de)(de)老(lao)同志(zhi)动员、说服(fu)、带动、组织老(lao)同志(zhi)的(de)(de)(de)办法,在(zai)全(quan)市(shi)建(jian)设(she)了(le)(le)一支(zhi)专(zhuan)兼结合(he)、素质较高、人(ren)数众(zhong)多(duo)、覆盖面广的(de)(de)(de)“五老(lao)”队(dui)伍,现在(zai)全(quan)市(shi)教育(yu)系统(tong)参加(jia)关工(gong)(gong)委(wei)活(huo)(huo)动的(de)(de)(de)老(lao)同志(zhi)达8530人(ren),其中(zhong)骨干2698人(ren)。他(ta)们忠诚敬业,关爱(ai)后代(dai),务(wu)实(shi)(shi)创新(xin),无私奉(feng)献,受人(ren)尊敬。

三是狠(hen)抓制度(du)建设,落实关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)规范管(guan)理。这些年(nian)(nian),我们狠(hen)抓了关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)的制度(du)建设,使关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)逐步做到了有(you)章可循,有(you)据可考,有(you)法(fa)可依(yi)。全(quan)市对关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)基(ji)本做到了“四纳(na)入(ru)”(工(gong)作(zuo)纳(na)入(ru)计划、办事机构(gou)纳(na)入(ru)科(ke)室序列、年(nian)(nian)终纳(na)入(ru)考核评估、经(jing)费纳(na)入(ru)统(tong)一(yi)安排),建立起了教(jiao)育系统(tong)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)委(wei)(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)的长效运行机制。

二、狠抓基层组织建设,全面创建“六好”关工委。

按照(zhao)省、市关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作部署(shu),我(wo)们在(zai)教(jiao)育系统全面开展(zhan)创建(jian)六好(hao)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)活(huo)动,加强了基(ji)(ji)层学(xue)校(xiao)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)的(de)组织(zhi)、思想(xiang)、制度、队(dui)伍建(jian)设,开展(zhan)了很多社(she)会效益很好(hao)的(de)教(jiao)育活(huo)动。积(ji)极创建(jian)学(xue)习型、服(fu)务型、创新(xin)型关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)组织(zhi),形成(cheng)了一(yi)只专(zhuan)兼结(jie)合(he)、家庭教(jiao)育经验丰(feng)富、乐(le)于奉献(xian)的(de)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)队(dui)伍。现在(zai)我(wo)市已有(you)6000多位教(jiao)育战线的(de)老同(tong)志活(huo)跃(yue)在(zai)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)和家庭教(jiao)育第(di)一(yi)线。同(tong)时按照(zhao)省、市两级关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)的(de)要求(qiu),我(wo)们认真(zhen)调查研究,加强督促检查,及(ji)时总结(jie)经验,推广先进典型,现在(zai)全市已有(you)近50%的(de)基(ji)(ji)层关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)达到了“六好(hao)”关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)的(de)标准,力争2016年(nian)有(you)60%的(de)基(ji)(ji)层学(xue)校(xiao)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)达到省上要求(qiu)的(de)“六好(hao)”标准。

三、开展主题教育活动,深化学校德育工作。

我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)们把主题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)活动(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)为(wei)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)系统(tong)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)重要工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)平台(tai),在(zai)广大青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)(nian)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生中(zhong)(zhong)大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观的(de)(de)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)。一(yi)是(shi)(shi)组(zu)织(zhi)“五老”宣讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)团进校(xiao)园巡回演讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),对学(xue)(xue)(xue)生进行革命传统(tong)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、形势(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、励志教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、行为(wei)习惯养(yang)成教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)、理想信念教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),法制(zhi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)等(deng),受教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)(nian)达数十(shi)万之众(zhong);二是(shi)(shi)开(kai)展五好(hao)(hao)小(xiao)公民(min)读(du)书主题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)活动(dong)(dong)(dong),我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)已(yi)连续多(duo)年(nian)(nian)组(zu)织(zhi)参加(jia)了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)主办(ban)的(de)(de)全(quan)国(guo)(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)(nian)“五好(hao)(hao)小(xiao)公民(min)”主题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)读(du)书活动(dong)(dong)(dong),通过阅读(du)优(you)秀读(du)本(ben)、撰写征(zheng)文(wen)、参加(jia)实(shi)践、演讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)竞赛(sai)等(deng)活动(dong)(dong)(dong),使广大青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)(nian)深受教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu),培养(yang)了(le)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生良好(hao)(hao)的(de)(de)道(dao)德情操,激(ji)发了(le)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生热(re)爱祖(zu)国(guo)(guo),报(bao)效国(guo)(guo)家的(de)(de)激(ji)越(yue)情怀。2011-2013年(nian)(nian)全(quan)市(shi)有(you)23万中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)参加(jia)了(le)《光(guang)辉的(de)(de)旗帜(zhi)》、《文(wen)明美德伴我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)行》、《复兴中(zhong)(zhong)华,从我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)做起(qi)》三届读(du)书征(zheng)文(wen)活动(dong)(dong)(dong)。2014-2015年(nian)(nian)度(du)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)有(you)68000名中(zhong)(zhong)小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)生参加(jia)全(quan)国(guo)(guo)青(qing)(qing)(qing)少(shao)(shao)年(nian)(nian)五好(hao)(hao)小(xiao)公民(min)《少(shao)(shao)年(nian)(nian)向上(shang),真(zhen)善美伴我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)行》主题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)读(du)书活动(dong)(dong)(dong),在(zai)各(ge)县市(shi)区、学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)层(ceng)层(ceng)开(kai)展读(du)书、征(zheng)文(wen)和(he)演讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)比赛(sai)的(de)(de)基础上(shang),各(ge)县市(shi)区推选(xuan)中(zhong)(zhong)学(xue)(xue)(xue)和(he)小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)各(ge)一(yi)名学(xue)(xue)(xue)生参赛(sai)。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)们会同(tong)市(shi)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)、市(shi)妇联在(zai)市(shi)上(shang)联合举办(ban)全(quan)市(shi)主题(ti)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)读(du)书征(zheng)文(wen)演讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)比赛(sai),优(you)胜者被送到参加(jia)全(quan)国(guo)(guo)演讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)决赛(sai)。整个(ge)演讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)比赛(sai)效果(guo)很好(hao)(hao),演讲(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)比赛(sai)现场南充电视(shi)台(tai)作(zuo)了(le)全(quan)程摄像和(he)报(bao)道(dao)。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)体局关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)多(duo)次(ci)被教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)部关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)表彰为(wei)全(quan)国(guo)(guo)先进集体。我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)们已(yi)经(jing)把这项(xiang)活动(dong)(dong)(dong)作(zuo)为(wei)我(wo)(wo)(wo)(wo)市(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)系统(tong)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)一(yi)个(ge)品牌项(xiang)目在(zai)做,争(zheng)取越(yue)作(zuo)越(yue)好(hao)(hao)。

四、努力办好家长学校,推动家庭教育工作。

家庭(ting)教育一直是教育关工(gong)委工(gong)作的一个重点。我们通过调查(cha)研(yan)究,坚(jian)持因(yin)地制宜,创新办学路子(zi),采取多种形式推进家庭(ting)教育工(gong)作健康发展。

一(yi)是举(ju)办大型家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)报(bao)告(gao)会(hui)(hui)和(he)家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)知识讲(jiang)(jiang)座。2012年(nian)10月27日,聘请全国(guo)(guo)(guo)知名家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)专(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)许建(jian)国(guo)(guo)(guo),在果城会(hui)(hui)堂给一(yi)千(qian)多名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)和(he)家(jia)长(zhang)作了(le)(le)一(yi)场非常精(jing)彩的学(xue)术报(bao)告(gao)。2015年(nian)12月26日、27日,又请了(le)(le)中(zhong)国(guo)(guo)(guo)人才研究会(hui)(hui)的全国(guo)(guo)(guo)知名家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)专(zhuan)(zhuan)家(jia)金子谦教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)授在南充大剧院和(he)仪陇县给一(yi)千(qian)多名教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)和(he)家(jia)长(zhang)作了(le)(le)深刻(ke)又生(sheng)动的家(jia)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)知识讲(jiang)(jiang)座,并购买家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)书籍300多本送给听课家(jia)长(zhang)。市教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)体局长(zhang)郭宗海专(zhuan)(zhuan)门(men)到会(hui)(hui)讲(jiang)(jiang)话并和(he)与会(hui)(hui)者分享自己在家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)方面的理解和(he)感受,深受家(jia)长(zhang)学(xue)校教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)和(he)学(xue)生(sheng)家(jia)长(zhang)的欢迎。南充电视台专(zhuan)(zhuan)门(men)对(dui)此作了(le)(le)宣传报(bao)道(dao)。

二是开展家庭(ting)教育(yu)科学研(yan)(yan)究和论文(wen)评(ping)选(xuan)活动。2012年,全市(shi)进行了(le)(le)(le)首届家庭(ting)教育(yu)论文(wen)评(ping)选(xuan),共(gong)收到(dao)论文(wen)140篇,有(you)100篇获奖(jiang)(jiang)(jiang),我们(men)将获奖(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)论文(wen)汇编(bian)成书(shu)发到(dao)了(le)(le)(le)各个(ge)家长(zhang)(zhang)学校(xiao);2015年,我们(men)又对已经(jing)研(yan)(yan)究了(le)(le)(le)三(san)年的市(shi)级家校(xiao)共(gong)育(yu)的家长(zhang)(zhang)学校(xiao)的科研(yan)(yan)课(ke)题进行了(le)(le)(le)结(jie)题和评(ping)审,共(gong)有(you)81个(ge)课(ke)题获得(de)市(shi)教体(ti)局(ju)的奖(jiang)(jiang)(jiang)励。

三是(shi)培养“双(shuang)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”型教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),提高家(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)水平。针对很多教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)不太适应家(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)工作的问题,我(wo)们(men)明确提出在(zai)职教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)应是(shi)“双(shuang)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)”型,既(ji)要会教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)生又要会教(jiao)(jiao)家(jia)长,为此(ci),我(wo)们(men)开展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)一(yi)系列活(huo)动,旨在(zai)培训(xun)家(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的授(shou)课(ke)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)。2013年(nian)(nian),我(wo)们(men)在(zai)全市(shi)开展(zhan)(zhan)了(le)家(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)优(you)秀教(jiao)(jiao)案评选,共有238篇获市(shi)级(ji)奖。并且在(zai)全市(shi)广泛开展(zhan)(zhan)家(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)技能大赛(sai),通过层层竞(jing)赛(sai),最后推选到(dao)市(shi)上参加决赛(sai)。2013年(nian)(nian)—2014年(nian)(nian),我(wo)们(men)已成功地举办了(le)全市(shi)的幼儿(er)园和小学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)三个年(nian)(nian)段家(jia)长学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)的教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)(xue)(xue)(xue)技能竞(jing)赛(sai)活(huo)动。初中教(jiao)(jiao)师(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)的竞(jing)赛(sai)活(huo)动将在(zai)2016年(nian)(nian)进(jin)行。

四是(shi)组织(zhi)编写教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材,解决家(jia)(jia)长学校(xiao)急需。2011年下半年,根(gen)据(ju)教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)关(guan)工委(wei)(wei)的安排,受省教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)厅关(guan)工委(wei)(wei)的委(wei)(wei)托,市教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局关(guan)工委(wei)(wei)承担(dan)了牵头编写《家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)》6本教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)材的任务(wu)。文稿经中国教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科学研究院专家(jia)(jia)审订后由教(jiao)(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)科学出版社正式出版,在(zai)全国发行(xing)。这几(ji)年我市各地(di)家(jia)(jia)长学校(xiao)普通使用,效果(guo)良好。

五是(shi)成立家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)指导(dao)(dao)中心(xin),开(kai)展对家(jia)(jia)(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)的(de)指导(dao)(dao)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。,市(shi)教(jiao)体局(ju)关工(gong)(gong)委一(yi)(yi)建(jian)立,就把办好家(jia)(jia)(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)作(zuo)为(wei)重(zhong)点工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)来抓(zhua)(zhua)。2010年(nian),我市(shi)又率先成立了(le)南充市(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)系统家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)指导(dao)(dao)中心(xin),指导(dao)(dao)全市(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)系统家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)和(he)(he)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)的(de)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)(yu)教(jiao)学(xue)和(he)(he)科研以及常(chang)规管理等(deng)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。10余年(nian)来,我市(shi)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)的(de)发(fa)展经历了(le)普(pu)遍开(kai)办,规范提(ti)高,创(chuang)新示(shi)范三(san)个阶段,主要狠抓(zhua)(zhua)了(le)“五个环节”。一(yi)(yi)是(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)方向,引导(dao)(dao)功(gong)能转变(bian);二是(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)推广,促进学(xue)校(xiao)发(fa)展;三(san)是(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)规范,提(ti)高办学(xue)质量;四是(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)保障,建(jian)立长效机制;五是(shi)抓(zhua)(zhua)提(ti)高,创(chuang)建(jian)示(shi)范家(jia)(jia)(jia)长学(xue)校(xiao)。

目前(qian),全市(shi)中小学(xue)(xue)(xue)都(dou)办起(qi)了(le)家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao),总数达830多所,参学(xue)(xue)(xue)家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)达100多万人次。通(tong)过不断(duan)的(de)(de)努力(li),现在我(wo)(wo)市(shi)有全国(guo)示(shi)范(fan)家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)3所,全省(sheng)示(shi)范(fan)家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)11所,全市(shi)示(shi)范(fan)家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)128所。创建全国(guo)优秀家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)实验(yan)基地学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)22所。营山(shan)县(xian)(xian)(xian)、南(nan)部县(xian)(xian)(xian)、顺(shun)庆(qing)区(qu)和高(gao)坪区(qu)命(ming)名(ming)为全国(guo)首批家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)试验(yan)区(qu);南(nan)部县(xian)(xian)(xian)、西充(chong)县(xian)(xian)(xian)授予“创建全国(guo)优秀家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)示(shi)范(fan)区(qu)”。我(wo)(wo)市(shi)的(de)(de)家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)和家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)已经作(zuo)(zuo)为我(wo)(wo)市(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)系统(tong)关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)一大品牌(pai)和特(te)色,多次受到省(sheng)、市(shi)关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)的(de)(de)表扬。2014年(nian)10月,我(wo)(wo)局关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)执行副(fu)主(zhu)任吴(wu)志伟同(tong)志参加了(le)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)协作(zuo)(zuo)会(hui)海南(nan)片会(hui),在会(hui)上代表四(si)川作(zuo)(zuo)了(le)大会(hui)发(fa)言,交(jiao)流了(le)我(wo)(wo)市(shi)家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)和家(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)办学(xue)(xue)(xue)经验(yan);2015年(nian)12月下旬,我(wo)(wo)市(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)顾问张明(ming)才同(tong)志参加了(le)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)部关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)在南(nan)京召开的(de)(de)家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)研讨会(hui),在会(hui)上作(zuo)(zuo)了(le)《关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)参与家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、学(xue)(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)、社(she)会(hui)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)的(de)(de)实践与思考》的(de)(de)书面交(jiao)流发(fa)言。2014年(nian)我(wo)(wo)局被省(sheng)妇联、省(sheng)教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)厅、省(sheng)精神文(wen)明(ming)办表彰为家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)育(yu)(yu)先进集体。

五、充分发挥“三个作用”,开展多样关爱活动。

这些年(nian)来,我们充分发挥“三(san)个(ge)(ge)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)”做好留守儿(er)(er)(er)童工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)。即(ji)加强各级(ji)(ji)党政的(de)(de)领(ling)导作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)可(ke)靠(kao)保证;发挥关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)合作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)重(zhong)要(yao)力量(liang);落(luo)实学校的(de)(de)主体(ti)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong),是(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)的(de)(de)坚实基础。关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)配(pei)(pei)合主要(yao)是(shi)专(zhuan)题调研,当好参谋;突出重(zhong)点,提高(gao)“隔代教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)”家长;抓住载体(ti),结对(dui)帮扶。几年(nian)来,通过宣传动(dong)(dong)员,全市(shi)(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)系统(tong)各级(ji)(ji)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)凝(ning)聚(ju)了(le)一大批“五(wu)老”爱(ai)心(xin)人士,不断地关(guan)(guan)(guan)注着特殊(shu)青(qing)(qing)少(shao)年(nian)儿(er)(er)(er)童的(de)(de)动(dong)(dong)态需求,在(zai)开展“三(san)助两(liang)关(guan)(guan)(guan)爱(ai)”活动(dong)(dong)方面做了(le)大量(liang)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo),并(bing)力所能及、周而复始地为他(ta)(她)们的(de)(de)健康(kang)成(cheng)长提供(gong)帮助和(he)支(zhi)撑,取得了(le)显著成(cheng)绩(ji),受(shou)到(dao)了(le)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)和(he)省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)厅关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)的(de)(de)重(zhong)视,对(dui)我市(shi)(shi)(shi)“留守儿(er)(er)(er)童”教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)管理工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)予以(yi)肯(ken)定(ding)。2009年(nian)9月,教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)在(zai)我市(shi)(shi)(shi)召开了(le)全国“部(bu)分省(sheng)(市(shi)(shi)(shi))教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)系统(tong)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)关(guan)(guan)(guan)爱(ai)农村留守儿(er)(er)(er)童工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)座谈会”。教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)部(bu)关(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)主任田(tian)淑兰同(tong)志到(dao)会并(bing)高(gao)度评价(jia)南充所做的(de)(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)具有开创性。现在(zai)全市(shi)(shi)(shi)留守儿(er)(er)(er)童之(zhi)家180多个(ge)(ge),15000多名“五(wu)老”志愿(yuan)者本着“就(jiu)地就(jiu)近,双方自愿(yuan)”原则结对(dui)帮扶留守学生和(he)“五(wu)失”青(qing)(qing)少(shao)年(nian)10余万人,收到(dao)了(le)良(liang)好效(xiao)果。

今后,我们(men)将继续(xu)以落实教育部党组20号文件为(wei)(wei)重(zhong)点,围绕关(guan)工委(wei)工作(zuo)方针,以创建(jian)“六(liu)好”关(guan)工委(wei)为(wei)(wei)抓(zhua)手(shou),加强三大品牌建(jian)设,主(zhu)动(dong)作(zuo)为(wei)(wei),借(jie)势借(jie)力,创新思(si)路(lu),整合力量,进一步做好全(quan)市教育系统关(guan)工委(wei)工作(zuo)。

加强检查促落实  夯实基础强保障

——自贡市开展教育系统关工委“三有”落实情况专项检查

 

为促进(jin)市(shi)教育(yu)局(ju)(ju)党组(zu)《关(guan)于进(jin)一步加(jia)强教育(yu)系统(tong)(tong)关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)的(de)意见》(自(zi)教党组(zu)发〔2015〕18号)的(de)贯彻落实,更好的(de)为我市(shi)教育(yu)系统(tong)(tong)关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)工(gong)作(zuo)提供基本保障(zhang),今(jin)年(nian)5月,自(zi)贡市(shi)教育(yu)局(ju)(ju)关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)采取“看、查(cha)、议”的(de)方(fang)式(shi),组(zu)织对区(qu)县教育(yu)局(ju)(ju)、高新区(qu)社(she)事(shi)局(ju)(ju)、市(shi)直属学校关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)“有(you)人办事(shi)、有(you)地(di)点(dian)办事(shi)、有(you)钱办事(shi)”(简(jian)称“三有(you)”)落实情况,进(jin)行了一次专项检查(cha)。市(shi)关(guan)工(gong)委(wei)常务副主任倪文渊同志参加(jia)了市(shi)直属学校的(de)检查(cha)指导。

检查中发现(xian)的问(wen)题:一是(shi)对教(jiao)育部党组(zu)(2009)20号文件精神理解不够,部分区县教(jiao)育局没按要(yao)求设(she)立(li)关(guan)工(gong)委日常办事(shi)机构;二是(shi)个(ge)别县教(jiao)育局和(he)少数市直属(shu)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)没按要(yao)求明确设(she)立(li)关(guan)工(gong)委办公室(shi),甚至个(ge)别学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)没有落实经(jing)办部门,具体工(gong)作由分管领导(dao)经(jing)办;三是(shi)个(ge)别市直属(shu)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)不够重视(shi),没有为关(guan)工(gong)委提供经(jing)费,工(gong)作难以(yi)开展。

针对(dui)检查中发(fa)现(xian)的问题,市教(jiao)育(yu)局(ju)关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)执(zhi)行主任李顺模同志提(ti)出(chu)了以(yi)下(xia)改进(jin)要求:一(yi)(yi)是(shi)按照教(jiao)育(yu)部党组(2009)20号(hao)文件精(jing)神,各(ge)区县教(jiao)育(yu)局(ju)应尽快设(she)立(li)关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)日常(chang)办(ban)事(shi)机构,形(xing)成以(yi)离退(tui)(tui)休(xiu)老(lao)同志为(wei)主体开(kai)(kai)展工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的格(ge)局(ju);二是(shi)要明(ming)确落实关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)“三有(you)(you)”是(shi)教(jiao)育(yu)部门(men)(men)和学(xue)校的责任,要由所(suo)在单(dan)位(wei)提(ti)供保障(zhang),尤其是(shi)经费保障(zhang);三是(shi)没(mei)有(you)(you)建立(li)健(jian)全关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)制度的单(dan)位(wei),要尽快完善,做(zuo)(zuo)到有(you)(you)序(xu)有(you)(you)效开(kai)(kai)展工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);四是(shi)各(ge)级教(jiao)育(yu)关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)要主动(dong)作(zuo)为(wei),克服“不知道关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)做(zuo)(zuo)什么(me)、怎么(me)做(zuo)(zuo)”的畏(wei)难情绪,积极(ji)配合(he)本部门(men)(men)、本学(xue)校创造性(xing)地(di)开(kai)(kai)展工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo);五是(shi)各(ge)单(dan)位(wei)要认(ren)真开(kai)(kai)展“六好”基层关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)建设(she)活动(dong),市教(jiao)育(yu)局(ju)关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)将在下(xia)半年(nian)适时按照验(yan)收标准(zhun)进(jin)行评估验(yan)收。市关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)常(chang)务副主任倪文渊同志在参加(jia)市直属学(xue)校检查时,提(ti)出(chu)了以(yi)下(xia)要求:一(yi)(yi)是(shi)要充分认(ren)识关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)是(shi)党和政府(fu)关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)心下(xia)一(yi)(yi)代的桥梁和纽带,地(di)位(wei)和作(zuo)用十分重要,把(ba)关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)委(wei)(wei)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)纳入(ru)学(xue)校的重要议事(shi)议程;二是(shi)要进(jin)一(yi)(yi)步动(dong)员(yuan)、组织“五老(lao)”特(te)别是(shi)退(tui)(tui)休(xiu)老(lao)教(jiao)师参加(jia)关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)心下(xia)一(yi)(yi)代工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),充分发(fa)挥“五老(lao)”队伍的作(zuo)用;三是(shi)要进(jin)一(yi)(yi)步加(jia)强对(dui)青少(shao)年(nian)的关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)爱、教(jiao)育(yu)、帮(bang)扶(fu)工(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo),做(zuo)(zuo)到帮(bang)扶(fu)到人,关(guan)(guan)(guan)(guan)爱到心。

通过(guo)这(zhei)次检查,提高(gao)认识,统(tong)一(yi)(yi)了(le)思(si)想,形成共识,达到了(le)三个进一(yi)(yi)步(bu)明(ming)确(que):一(yi)(yi)是(shi)(shi)进一(yi)(yi)步(bu)明(ming)确(que)了(le)关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委工(gong)(gong)(gong)作是(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)重(zhong)要组成部分,必须高(gao)度重(zhong)视,抓紧抓好;二是(shi)(shi)进一(yi)(yi)步(bu)明(ming)确(que)了(le)“三有”是(shi)(shi)做好关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委工(gong)(gong)(gong)作的(de)基本保障,必须落实到位(wei);三是(shi)(shi)进一(yi)(yi)步(bu)明(ming)确(que)了(le)主动作为、积(ji)极配合教(jiao)(jiao)育部门和学校(xiao)中心任务开展工(gong)(gong)(gong)作,是(shi)(shi)教(jiao)(jiao)育关(guan)(guan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)委的(de)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作方法,必须持之(zhi)以恒。

徐(xu)晓春同志的讲话,在肯定近年来教(jiao)(jiao)育系统关工(gong)委工(gong)作的同时,提出了三点要(yao)(yao)(yao)求(qiu):一是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)切实(shi)解决认识问题(ti),各单位领导尤(you)其是(shi)一把(ba)(ba)手要(yao)(yao)(yao)进一步(bu)提高认识、高度重视(shi);二是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)围绕中心,创新(xin)工(gong)作思路,创造(zao)性(xing)的开展关工(gong)委工(gong)作;三是(shi)要(yao)(yao)(yao)强(qiang)化督查考核(he)(he),今年市教(jiao)(jiao)育局(ju)(ju)坚持把(ba)(ba)关工(gong)委工(gong)作纳入对区(qu)县教(jiao)(jiao)育局(ju)(ju)、高新(xin)区(qu)社事局(ju)(ju)、市直属(shu)学(xue)校年终教(jiao)(jiao)育督导评估考核(he)(he)。

邱(qiu)德峰(feng)同志的(de)讲话,对市教(jiao)育局(ju)关心下(xia)一代(dai)工(gong)作(zuo)作(zuo)了(le)高(gao)度评价,认为教(jiao)育局(ju)党(dang)组(zu)高(gao)度重视、决(jue)心很大(da)、组(zu)织落实(shi)(shi)、举措(cuo)有力、开创了(le)新局(ju)面、后来居上、勇创一流。并(bing)对直属学(xue)校(xiao)关工(gong)委工(gong)作(zuo)给(ji)予了(le)“党(dang)政高(gao)度重视、工(gong)作(zuo)各有特色、保(bao)(bao)障基本到位(wei)、五老主动(dong)作(zuo)为”的(de)充分(fen)肯(ken)定。对教(jiao)育系统关工(gong)委下(xia)一步(bu)的(de)工(gong)作(zuo),提出(chu)了(le)四点要求:一是(shi)抓(zhua)学(xue)习,切实(shi)(shi)解决(jue)认识问题;二(er)是(shi)抓(zhua)贯彻,认真落实(shi)(shi)《四川省关心下(xia)一代(dai)工(gong)作(zuo)委员会工(gong)作(zuo)规则》;三是(shi)抓(zhua)“七(qi)有”,强化保(bao)(bao)障机(ji)制;四是(shi)抓(zhua)创新,推进(jin)工(gong)作(zuo)上新台阶。

让孩子学(xue)习(xi)成才(cai),是(shi)(shi)学(xue)校的(de)使命,更是(shi)(shi)家(jia)长(zhang)的(de)期盼。为了帮助家(jia)长(zhang)树(shu)立科学(xue)的(de)家(jia)庭教育(yu)理念(nian),让他们掌握帮助孩子学(xue)习(xi)成才(cai)的(de)正确方法,中国(guo)家(jia)长(zhang)教育(yu)研究所全国(guo)巡回报告团在四川省各(ge)级教育(yu)行政部门和关(guan)工委的(de)大力(li)支持(chi)下,六(liu)年来,在部分(fen)学(xue)校开展了以(yi)“让孩子学(xue)习(xi)成才(cai)”和“做现代父母、育(yu)杰(jie)出人才(cai)”两大主题的(de)公(gong)益(yi)讲(jiang)座。从2010年在四川省开展家(jia)长(zhang)教育(yu)公(gong)益(yi)讲(jiang)座工作(zuo)以(yi)来,先后(hou)在成都(dou)、资(zi)阳(yang)、遂(sui)宁、宜宾、内江、自贡、达(da)州、广(guang)元、乐(le)山、雅安(an)、绵阳(yang)、泸州、巴中等地(di)共开展2293场公(gong)益(yi)讲(jiang)座,128万多家(jia)长(zhang)受益(yi)。

一、各地教育部门领导重视,工作落实。

对此项工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo),四川省教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)厅关工(gong)委高度重视,积(ji)极(ji)支(zhi)持。2012年省教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)厅关工(gong)委下发推荐(jian)函以后,广(guang)元市、达州市等地率先积(ji)极(ji)响(xiang)应,贯彻落实推荐(jian)函精神(shen),各地精心布(bu)置落实工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)。特别是达州市通川区教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局,为(wei)了把(ba)本次家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)落到实处,区局分(fen)管(guan)领(ling)导和(he)各开课(ke)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)一一进行沟通,要求把(ba)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)做(zuo)实做(zuo)细(xi),力求让更多的家(jia)长受益,为(wei)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)老师减压,为(wei)家(jia)长解惑。广(guang)元市教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)局关工(gong)委分(fen)管(guan)领(ling)导对市直属学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)也是一一落实,他们希望借此机会,让家(jia)长好好学(xue)(xue)习(xi)先进的家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)理念和(he)科学(xue)(xue)的家(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)方法。

2014年省(sheng)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)厅关工委再次下(xia)发推(tui)荐函后(hou),成(cheng)都市教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)系(xi)统(tong)关工委高度重视并积极响应,及时向(xiang)各区(县)教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局关工委转发推(tui)荐函。2015年初成(cheng)都市教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局关工委又下(xia)发了关于组(zu)织“做现代父母、育(yu)(yu)杰出人才”家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)公益(yi)讲(jiang)座的(de)通知(zhi)。新(xin)津县教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局率先开(kai)展家(jia)(jia)长教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)公益(yi)讲(jiang)座,并邀(yao)请中(zhong)国家(jia)(jia)长教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)研究所西部工作(zuo)(zuo)站工作(zuo)(zuo)人员(yuan)参会。金牛区教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)局也邀(yao)请中(zhong)国家(jia)(jia)长教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)研究所全(quan)国巡(xun)回报(bao)告团(tuan)在金泉小学开(kai)展家(jia)(jia)庭教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)(yu)公益(yi)讲(jiang)座,拉开(kai)全(quan)区工作(zuo)(zuo)序(xu)幕。

二、家长教育公益讲座活动反响强烈,效果明显。

家长教育公益讲座活动得(de)到了(le)各地各级(ji)相(xiang)关(guan)教育行政部(bu)门及学校和家长的一致好(hao)评,各地涌(yong)现出许多感人事迹,收到了(le)良(liang)好(hao)效果。

成都市青羊区教(jiao)育(yu)局(ju)于2012年9月6日(ri)针(zhen)对全区学(xue)校(xiao)德育(yu)领(ling)导开展公开课(ke)后,在反馈(kui)意见表(biao)中讲(jiang)到(dao)(dao):韩老(lao)师(shi)的(de)(de)讲(jiang)座(zuo)结合(he)实际生活教(jiao)育(yu)中常见的(de)(de)孩子(zi)(zi)成长教(jiao)育(yu)问题,遵(zun)循儿(er)童发(fa)展的(de)(de)规律,从(cong)专业的(de)(de)角度(du)剖析(xi)了孩子(zi)(zi)学(xue)习(xi)(xi)(xi)问题的(de)(de)深层次原因,从(cong)幼儿(er)园到(dao)(dao)小学(xue)、中学(xue),从(cong)孩子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)学(xue)习(xi)(xi)(xi)习(xi)(xi)(xi)惯到(dao)(dao)学(xue)习(xi)(xi)(xi)生涯的(de)(de)心理准(zhun)备,从(cong)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)点滴到(dao)(dao)方式(shi)方法的(de)(de)呈现,让(rang)与(yu)会(hui)(hui)学(xue)校(xiao)的(de)(de)分管校(xiao)长、主任和老(lao)师(shi)们更加明(ming)确(que)家庭(ting)教(jiao)育(yu)的(de)(de)重要性(xing),明(ming)确(que)只有家校(xiao)合(he)一、家校(xiao)共育(yu),才(cai)能(neng)培(pei)养出具有良(liang)好(hao)道德品质、良(liang)好(hao)行(xing)为习(xi)(xi)(xi)惯的(de)(de)优(you)秀学(xue)生。韩老(lao)师(shi)的(de)(de)讲(jiang)座(zuo)充(chong)满智慧和激(ji)情,注重与(yu)家长的(de)(de)互动,让(rang)全体与(yu)会(hui)(hui)者真正融入(ru)到(dao)(dao)对孩子(zi)(zi)的(de)(de)优(you)质教(jiao)育(yu)活动中,让(rang)大(da)家受益匪浅。

达(da)州市(shi)通(tong)川(chuan)区(qu)第六小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)杨丽校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)长(zhang)(zhang)在会(hui)(hui)后(hou)反馈(kui)意(yi)(yi)见(jian)表(biao)中如(ru)此评(ping)价:韩老师(shi)在讲(jiang)座中提到(dao)(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)个(ge)个(ge)有效的(de)(de)(de)(de)方(fang)(fang)法(fa),让人(ren)毛塞顿开。攀枝花市(shi)二(er)中初(chu)三的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)位孩(hai)子家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)谈到(dao)(dao),我(wo)们(men)(men)孩(hai)子读(du)到(dao)(dao)初(chu)三了,我(wo)还是第一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)听这么(me)好的(de)(de)(de)(de)讲(jiang)座,真正讲(jiang)到(dao)(dao)了我(wo)们(men)(men)的(de)(de)(de)(de)心里。希(xi)(xi)望(wang)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)多(duo)(duo)(duo)请这样的(de)(de)(de)(de)专家(jia)(jia)(jia)来(lai)讲(jiang)。当(dang)然(ran)对(dui)(dui)参会(hui)(hui)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)也提出了教育(yu)管理(li)工作(zuo)建议(yi),如(ru)怎样注意(yi)(yi)孩(hai)子的(de)(de)(de)(de)心理(li)状况(kuang)。富顺职业技术(shu)学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)李政主任在反馈(kui)意(yi)(yi)见(jian)表(biao)中提出如(ru)此建议(yi):这场(chang)(chang)报(bao)告(gao)会(hui)(hui)很(hen)(hen)有感(gan)染力,对(dui)(dui)听报(bao)告(gao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)人(ren)影响很(hen)(hen)大,收获多(duo)(duo)(duo),希(xi)(xi)望(wang)更多(duo)(duo)(duo)地组(zu)织这样的(de)(de)(de)(de)报(bao)告(gao)会(hui)(hui)。邛崃(lai)市(shi)十方(fang)(fang)堂小(xiao)学(xue)(xue)侯华副(fu)(fu)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)长(zhang)(zhang)如(ru)此讲(jiang)到(dao)(dao),我(wo)们(men)(men)很(hen)(hen)需要这样的(de)(de)(de)(de)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)培训,希(xi)(xi)望(wang)能(neng)有更多(duo)(duo)(duo)的(de)(de)(de)(de)机会(hui)(hui)聆听韩老师(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)专题讲(jiang)座。北大附中成都新津实验学(xue)(xue)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)伍泽川(chuan)德(de)育(yu)副(fu)(fu)校(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)(xiao)长(zhang)(zhang)在会(hui)(hui)后(hou)讲(jiang)到(dao)(dao):韩丽老师(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)讲(jiang)座既(ji)引经(jing)据(ju)典,深入浅出,又形(xing)象直(zhi)观(guan),朴实无华,通(tong)俗易懂,赢得了家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)又一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)热烈的(de)(de)(de)(de)掌声。她从(cong)心理(li)学(xue)(xue)角度(du)阐释了许(xu)多(duo)(duo)(duo)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)苦恼的(de)(de)(de)(de)问(wen)题,家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)们(men)(men)认真聆听,积(ji)极互动,受益颇丰(feng)。成都市(shi)龙泉驿区(qu)元迪(di)龙华幼(you)儿园的(de)(de)(de)(de)彭(peng)丹(dan)园长(zhang)(zhang)如(ru)此感(gan)慨,非常(chang)成功的(de)(de)(de)(de)一(yi)(yi)次(ci)(ci)报(bao)告(gao)会(hui)(hui),对(dui)(dui)报(bao)告(gao)会(hui)(hui)的(de)(de)(de)(de)成员(yuan)表(biao)示衷心的(de)(de)(de)(de)感(gan)谢(xie),希(xi)(xi)望(wang)这样的(de)(de)(de)(de)报(bao)告(gao)会(hui)(hui)能(neng)经(jing)常(chang)开展。很(hen)(hen)多(duo)(duo)(duo)次(ci)(ci)讲(jiang)座结束后(hou)家(jia)(jia)(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)们(men)(men)热泪(lei)盈(ying)眶,围着讲(jiang)师(shi)倾诉家(jia)(jia)(jia)庭教育(yu)中的(de)(de)(de)(de)苦恼,请教科(ke)学(xue)(xue)的(de)(de)(de)(de)教子方(fang)(fang)法(fa),久(jiu)久(jiu)不愿离开。涌现(xian)出许(xu)许(xu)多(duo)(duo)(duo)多(duo)(duo)(duo)感(gan)人(ren)场(chang)(chang)面。

六年来,各级领(ling)导,各地学校(xiao)相关负责(ze)人为了讲(jiang)座的顺利(li)开展(zhan),付(fu)出了大量(liang)的努力,广大老师及家长的热烈反响让我们深受感动(dong)。

家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)教育(yu)公益(yi)讲(jiang)座(zuo)活动(dong)(dong)的(de)(de)(de)开(kai)展,感动(dong)(dong)了(le)(le)广大家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang),讲(jiang)师本身也(ye)在讲(jiang)课中被受感动(dong)(dong),同时也(ye)激(ji)发了(le)(le)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人员(yuan)的(de)(de)(de)使(shi)命(ming)(ming)感,责(ze)任(ren)感。虽然这(zhei)个(ge)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)每(mei)天早出晚归,从讲(jiang)师到工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)人员(yuan),都(dou)十分辛苦,但我(wo)(wo)们认为(wei)十分值得(de)。家(jia)长(zhang)(zhang)教育(yu)事关(guan)个(ge)人和家(jia)庭(ting)的(de)(de)(de)命(ming)(ming)运,也(ye)事关(guan)国民(min)素(su)质的(de)(de)(de)提高,意义深远,责(ze)任(ren)重大。今后仍将(jiang)不断总结(jie)经(jing)验,改正我(wo)(wo)们工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)(de)(de)不足(zu)之(zhi)处,不断进步,努力做好服(fu)务协调工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)。
